We would like to take this time to introduce our company to you. Cassady Roofing is a family owned and operated business. James and Regina Cassady started this business in 1961. Their son Jim and grandson Chad now run the business. Our company is fully insured and bonded and we cover areas from Malibu to Dana Point, San Bernardino to the beach.
Our work consists of residential work as well as commercial. Our commercial work includes McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, Jack-in-the-Box, Chipotle, and International House of Pancakes to name just a few.
We do all types of roofing, such as tile, shingles, hot mop, and we also do repairs.

These guys are great. Wish I could give 10 stars. Chad came out and gave me an estimate on my grandmothers roof and the price was right in the area of what we were expecting. The crew showed up exactly when they were scheduled to. Clean up was awesome and would highly recommend this company if you need anything done with your roof.

Jim Cassady, you are an honest man and it shows ! About 5 years ago Jim, you and your son Chad came out and gave me a bid to re-roof my home. The bid was not the highest and certainly not the lowest, (I did not trust this lowest bid), and you came highly recommended from a long-time Whittier resident that had used your company previously. Well, the contract was simple and easy to read,(no small print), and had 3 options. I selected and signed the option that my home needed. Three days later your crew was in front of my house and started on time. They worked a long day, and half of the next day. The were neat and clean. I watched them do the work for a while, and the foreman even asked me if I wanted to come up and see the quality of their work. I declined,(for fear of heights). Well, this job has been done for the last 4 winters, and although we are in a drought, we have had a few really hard downpours, with not even the hint of a leak. I am expecting the next 26 years to be the same, and then I DEFINITELY will be calling the Cassady Family back to do another GREAT JOB ! Thanks Jim and Chad- Steve

If anyone out there is looking for a roofing company to fix your roof and clean the gutters, call Cassady Roofing. I called so many places for pricing and they had the best price and their work was great. They even checked other areas of our home and thank God nothing else was damaged.

Jim/Josh are very professional, I was provided a very competitive quote. It was a plus that the my home was relatively close to their place of business as well. There crews came out and were professional and made quick work for the two roof repairs. It rained a few days ago and everything looked good, I would use them again when needed.
